Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Great quality, warm and ok addition to the closet :) but it is definitely shorter than in the picture, sleeves and jacket are same length. I will keep looking for something covering a suit. Still a good deal.
Color as stated, sewn well, my size 52, took 5xl, all in size, the store recommend, the jacket looks good.

This is the 2nd coat I purchase. It is a good quality Coat.m Price is fair. Sizes are not small, they are close to European sizes. There is also a warm inside lining with collar, which makes the coat extra warm. I recommend
This Coat has nice cut and style, and the price is fair. The quality is good. The only problem I saw, is that fluff gets stack on it easily, so you need to brush it away frequently. The sizes of this coat are not close to European. You need to order 2 - 3 sizes larger than what you usually wear. For Ex., If you have chest size 48, order size 3XL, instead of (European) Large.. Good value. I recommend.
Size a bit just, easily provide an extra size.

Beautiful, really beautiful and well done I'm super happy. However, think about taking 2 sizes above as these are Asian sizes. I'm doing M and I took XL.

Good, warm and comfortable jacket. Threads do not stick out anywhere, good seams. Pleased with the high, tightly fitting collar. Quickly sticks cat's hair, torture to clean. The jacket came up perfectly, took 2 sizes more than usual wear.
Short sleeves, otherwise sits perfectly. The wool is slightly similar.
